Sautéed rabbit livers


2 rabbit livers

1/4 t. salt

Pepper to taste

1/2 T. butter

To cook:

Sprinkle with seasoning and sauté in butter on medium heat until browned and cooked through.

*If you prefer the liver moist, then brown and add 1/4 C. bouillon and simmer 3-5 minutes. Serve with toast.
